The
concept, as well as action on "Centre Expérimental du Territoire et
Laboratoire Social", is generated by an evolutive process, therefore, it
presents itself in different versions in time, all of them as original as the
first!
The
procedures and contents of its functioning potential are naturally different
each time a new version is released, according to the geographic location, the
culture and the context of the experiences proposed (Paris, Nice, Naples or... São Paulo). However, transversal problematics are common to all these local or national
implantations, because they touch crucial matters related to the humanity, such
as global warming, world famine, superpopulation, terrorism, chaotic
development of technologies, etc...
The Centre Experimental du Territoire et Laboratoire
Social proposes that art, besides its aesthetic dimension, may also
have the function of putting together components of experience into collective
reflection and making it become a praxis that incites us to share, participate
and be part of a major collective intelligence.
An
emblematic character, who calls himself "CYBERSTAR EGO", lives
the painful mutation from one world to another, where each person is confronted
by this challenge.
This
cutting-edge project, always new every time it is released thus constitutes a
simulation model that stimulates people to be united when looking for
solutions, sharing experiences.
The
Centre Experimental du Territoire prefigures what can be a world government
full of wisdom and altruistic dialogue in the future. It matches what Umberto
Eco calls realistic utopia, that has always been a purpose of the sociologic
art.
