Fred Forest invites all artists to participate
in the biennial of the year 3000, a biennial in which artists and citizens take
power and exercise their rights to the freedom of speech and the freedom of
image.
Your presence, either through videos, sounds, images, words, will be highly
significant.
The success of this initiative will also be your success and will demonstrate
the capacities of artists to self-organize against different cultural powers
and the existing industry, using the tools of digital communication and the
internet.
